Alex Tukachungurwa

IdipNEBOSH, QHSE Training Lead

Alex is one co-founder of Smart Compliance Limited and has over 9 years’ experience in the field of Quality Heath Safety and Environment. This experience includes managing QHSE and 720 hours (by Feb 2020) accrued training delegates in different health and safety topics. The training was conducted in a wide variety of sectors including but not limited to Oil and gas – upstream and downstream, welding and fabrication, catering/hospitality, construction, transport and logistics and production plants.

Alex has himself acquired the prestigious NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is a trained trainer by reputable health and safety accreditation bodies including Highfield (UK), DAN (Italy) and ECITB (UK). Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Makerere University Kampala and is Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.

Francis Bbaale

PMP TechIOSH SIIRSM, ISO Certification Lead & Project Manager

Francis is one of the founding members of Smart Compliance Limited. He has over 8 years’ experience in the field of Quality Heath Safety and Environment. Over the years, he has worked for different industries where he has established, implemented and maintain QHSE management systems. Francis has performed over 100 QHSE audits during his career.

He is a Project Management Professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Makerere University Kampala. Francis is a Technician Member of IOSH and a Specialist Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
