About Smart Compliance
Raising standards in safety, resilience and quality
We are a compliance training, inspection and consultancy firm based in Kampala, working with public and private organisations in Uganda, Tanzania and Mozambique.
Who we are
Practical, results-driven compliance
Smart Compliance Limited provides compliance training, auditing, inspection and certification services across a range of international standards. We serve industries where trust, integrity and compliance are critical: construction, engineering, manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, hospitality and security.
Through the SCL Academy we bring internationally accredited qualifications to local learners, in English and Portuguese. Our inspectors examine lifting equipment, pressure systems and drilling tubulars to recognised international codes, and our consultants help organisations build management systems that pass certification and keep working afterwards.

Gold status with NEBOSH
Smart Compliance Limited is a NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner, No. 1643, as certified by NEBOSH in April 2025.
We were the first NEBOSH Learning Partner in Uganda. Today we teach the NEBOSH International General Certificate online every month in English and every quarter in Portuguese.
Where we work
Uganda, Tanzania and Mozambique
Our head office is in Ntinda, Kampala. We deliver courses, inspections and audits on client sites across the region, and teach the NEBOSH IGC online with live tutors, in English every month and in Portuguese every quarter.
